The Accu-Score AS-002-CS  is a High Quality Semi-Automatic Non-CNC V-Scoring Machine . The AS-002-CS combines the quality of the AccuSystems design philosophy with the economy of simplicity, resulting in outstanding value to the PCB fabricator.  The AS-002-CS employs the same twin fixed mount cutter system and steel frame of our more expensive, high volume AS-150-MAX, but with a newer simplicity of design, that provides outstanding economies that are passed on to the customer.  The AS-002-CS is the best overall value in low volume PCB v-scoring available today.

• Capacity:  24” x 24” panel size by virtually any thickness.

• Tooling Type:  Two (2) Tooling pins with clamps.

• Score Line Positioning:  Manual – two tooling holes required per line desired, plus micrometer adjustment feature.  Positioning is top to bottom.

• Web Thickness Positioning:  Manual – with simple and direct micrometer adjustment.

• Scoring Action (each line):  Automatic and fully speed adjustable.  Scoring motion is left to right.
